Spooktacular Newton returns after a successful inaugural year
Surrey, BC: The Newton Business Improvement Association and Envision Financial will be holding their annual Halloween event, ‘Spooktacular Newton’ for the second year Saturday, October 22nd along 137th street in the center of Newton. In its inaugural year the event was a great success with an attendance of nearly 3000 and a great reception from the community. Spooktacular Newton looks to become a marquee event within the Newton Town Centre filled with many free and fun activities for the entire family. The event will host an “urban pumpkin patch” with 1000 free pumpkins to giveaway for a small donation to the Surrey Food Bank, and will be filled with games, crafts, entertainment, and trick-or-treating. The Newton BIA is excited to spook Newton for another year.
