TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF

In the past couple of decades, we’ve learned how exercise can help decrease your chances of developing heart disease and build bone density and strength. Physical activity improves your body’s ability to use oxygen, improves blood flow, increases your brain’s production of endorphins, and even helps take your mind off your worries!

 

Exercise can also increase your immunity to certain illnesses as it causes changes in antibodies and white blood cells. From online check-in, cleaning stations, touch-less check-ins, monitored social distancing, and limited attendance, they’ve made it possible to return to a healthy exercise regime. Some of the centres even offer online routines to work out at home with trainers you’ve come to trust.

They have been working hard to provide you with the clean, sanitary, and judgment-free workout experience you love. They have added distance between machines, touch-less check-in, and cleaning stations throughout the club and have enforced capacity restrictions.

PLATINUM ATHLETIC CLUB

Platinum Athletic Club is a one-of-a-kind fitness facility. It has some of the biggest selection of grips, handles, and different types of bars, unique machines, and workouts. You’ll find some of the best Elite personal trainers around.

 

Platinum Athletic Club has reopened, using all of the strictly monitored safety protocols of Fraser Health and WorkSafeBC. If you are a member, you can book your workout online at https://surreyplatinum.youcanbook.me/. They ask that you limit your exercise to a maximum of 90 minutes.

 

They are open from 4:45 am-12 am. Although joining as a new member isn’t possible right now, new memberships may be available in September.

Membership at the gym includes two free personal training sessions and global access to more than 3,000 gyms, many of them local.
